Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Prompt: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your dog/cat grooming appointment, please review the following information: Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy allows cancellations up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment or 1 hour before for rescheduling. Cancellations made within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. How to Cancel: To cancel your appointment, please log in to your account and navigate to the "My Appointments" section. Select the appointment you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The fee will be 30% of service booked. Please note that this fee helps us cover costs associated with last-minute cancellations.
